Nicole Small

Nicole’s family has a long and proud history with Caulfield Shule, beginning with her great-grandfather and grandfather’s early involvement in its establishment. Her grandfather attended Shabbos services every week well into his 90s, and Nicole is proud to now represent the Resofsky, Kleid and Small families on the Board.  Married with three children approaching bar and bat mitzvah age, Nicole is passionate about helping the Shule remain a welcoming, connected and vibrant centre of Jewish life for future generations. She brings over 20 years of experience in strategy and investment across innovation and technology companies.
